💭 The Role

Tripplo is looking for a Human Resources Manager (HRM) to join the team. The HRM will be responsible to manage all human resource related elements from job planning, recruitment, staff onboarding, training & development, retention, & culture.

The HRM will support the Tripplo leadership team to hire & retain the right talent. The HRM will build a pool of key roles across the whole business function. The HRM will also support the various managers within the business to complete performance management.

  6. If successful, you will receive a formal offer letter,
  7. If all parties are happy, we will onboard you onto the team with the signing of the employment contract & ESOP agreement.
